My daughter is 9 yrs. old and fits into an 8 in just about all the clothes I purchase. However, I ordered this dress in an 8 and it's at least 2 sizes larger because it definitely wouldn't fit as a size 10 either. Your ordering at your own risk, because this seller doesn't return the high shipping cost or pay for return. There really needs to be a notice that this brand fits much larger than a regular size charts. I don't recommend this brand unless you can try it on in person, there is just too much hassle involved with the amount of returns you will most likely make if you want one that fits.
